YoWhatsApp is a third party rebuild of the official WhatsApp Android app. Someone takes the real app, decompiles it, injects extra features, and repackages it as a new APK. Even if one build is clean today, the update you sideload next month comes from the same unaccountable pipeline. With a chat app, that pipeline has access to everything you type.
